After Clemson beats FSU @ FSU Saturday, and if OSU beats Northwestern @ OSU next Saturday, when the new polls come out on Sunday afternoon, OSU will be #2 and Clemson should be at #4 or #5.
1) Bama
2) Michigan
3) OSU
4) Clemson
5) Clemson
I say Clemson will be 4 or 5 bc louie ville could jump us and Washington!!!

Ridiculous. We fall a spot after a win and jumped by Michigan on a bye week. Ohio St stays top 6 ahead of several unbeatens after a loss to an unranked.

WVU. Go look at who they've played. Baylor's best win, by far, is OK State. Nebraska's best win is Northwestern. WVU has the most "impressive" resume of the bunch with wins over BYU (by 3), K State (by 1), TTU, and TCU.
Ohio State won road games at Oklahoma and Wisconsin.

I am surprised we actually moved up a spot on a bye week. OSU should have dropped to eighth. The AP voters are inconsistent.

Maybe we ought to just stop playing, and then we will move right on up to #2 behind bammer who will be ranked #1 no matter what they do. Just kidding! We just need to keep winning and taking care of our business, learning from mistakes and improving our craft. We need to be at our verry best at season's end, and take care of our business. The rest will take care of itself. JMHO

They've also beaten the tar out of everyone except Wisconsin. The quality wins aren't quite there for Michigan, but they've looked the part. It's hard to play much better than they have.

Best I remember, we beat all those lesser ranked teams we played, and my guess is we learned from the ways we played, and won, those games. I just wonder what the scores might have been, had we not backed off and tried to run clock on them. Backing off seems to be our "Achilles Heel" this year. I hope we have learned lessons from that strategy.If we haven't, we will suffer consequences in the future.

by previously unranked team and stay in top 10. Ohio State drops from 2 to 6--what a load of bull excrement! We beat Louisville which was #3 according to the AP poll while we were ranked #5 (according to AP) and they dropped to #7. Something seems amiss
