Not even the worst part

For an illness in the family, they have to become a caregiver to move close to home.

The school they’re leaving has to agree in writing that they would be run off under a new staff (lol fat chance) and the transferring player would have to document any abuse they were subject to.

It’s a joke and the NCAA continues to be a joke. Zero self-awareness

oh now they are going to tighten the restrictions!***

Attend to earn its' Masters in Stupidity? More so...where do they turn for the Phd?

(Hint: we know it's not UNC, because...well... ;) )

Haha, which stupidity, there've been so many, littering...

the sands of time.

It's never too late to address the egregiously inconsistent standard op. that waivers had become.

Keep it simple. You may transfer for any reason but you must sit out a year. Period. The end.

Jun 26, 2019, 7:40 PM

No subjectivity, it’s fair for everyone, and the player and the schoo knows before he makes the move that he has to sit out.

Given the blindfolded dart approach the NCAA seems to have

Jun 27, 2019, 12:21 PM

about enforcement of ANYTHING lately, I consider this nothing more than a screen door on the transfer portal.
