LSU will lose to Bama (giving LSU 2 losses). - CHECK
Kentucky will lose to Georgia (giving UK 2 losses). - CHECK

The one flaw I see in your predictions is with Notre Dame

There's no way a team can lose to Syracuse and still make the playoffs.

the CFP committee pairs-up Alabama and Notre Dame in the semi-finals.

They'll bend over backwards to try to set-up a Bama/Notre Dame championship game.

You can bet the mortgage, Clemson will play Notre Dame in the semi finals.

I was also called out by a couple of people on my prediction for the Louisville game. The only thing I got wrong was that we didn't have 2 200-yard rushers, but that's only because we had 3 100-yard rushers.

So I guess we'll see, won't we?

I think the committee would rather try and set up a Harbaugh/Saban matchup in the final. Won't happen cause we'll beat Michigan, but that would be more interesting because of the coaches.

no way ND gets in at 11-1..............

I'm not sold they are 100% in at 12-0 (there's a path for them to get left out at 12-0 imo)

I know Ohio State hasn't looked great, but they own Michigan and it's played at ohio state........Michigan looks better right now, but it's not a slam dunk michigan win by any means.

In my scenario, Notre Dame would be the only team left with just one loss (outside UCF who is a non-factor in the playoff discussion). Who are you gonna put in instead? A 2-loss team? It would be the first time ever. With their national aura and media clout, my money is on a 1-loss ND squad.

Could Texas get in under your scenario.

Over ND? That would make them big 12 champs and give them 2 wins over Oklahoma.

Texas already has 3 losses, so no.

oh right

But that means Texas wouldn't be in the big 12 championship. It would be a WV vs OU rematch as WV has the head to head tiebreaker over Texas. So would WV beat OU in the rematch?

what's Washington State's record in your scenario........

if they win out they'd go over 1 loss ND.

Quite possibly. I did not account for Washington State just because they are (at least until tomorrow night) ranked toward the bottom of the top 10. I imagine they'll move up to 7 this week, and I have every team above them (with the exception of Michigan, Clemson, and Alabama) losing a game between now and then. So yes, I think they could certainly squeak in at 4 if they win out. I do think the Washington-Wazzou game will be a down-to-the-wire photo finish type of game.

Uhm...nope...unless

The CFP is angling for conferences to dump championship games, they can't punish OU for losing their 13th game and let ND lose while playing only 12. That's gotta stop. Now, that's not to say OU should get in, but it sure as hey-all means ND shouldn't.

You gotta fix your ND in CFP prediction

They either need to be undefeated or pick another team that is not named UCF.

With UCF's schedule, they could win another 30 in a row and they still aren't getting in.

I agree with about 99% of what you predict.
I just don't see Notre Dame losing to Syracuse.
