I used to think it was cool and was at the Maryland game, but littering is just plain stupid. I am far from and environmentalist, but we should always strive to litter less and impact the environment negatively less as well.
I used to smoke and fling cigarette butts out the window. Now I go out of my way to pick up other people's trash and always leave places cleaner than I found them.

Maybe one big balloon with gps tracker. Reward for return but too big for anything smaller than a whale to swallow?

butt I will wholeheartedly support there reinstatement if the team will also go back to actually running down the Hill like madmen instead of the 2 minute slow trickle that we see today. Ankles be ######!
