Mayfields is the only high test buttermilk you can find here

in TN. The defatted buttermilk is liken to skim. It just don't have the pop.
I'm looking for someone here in farm country that produces non pasturised milk, buttermilk and butter.
I don't plan on making it a daily thing but it's not worth spending the money on the store bought stuff.
