Interesting how they apply the paw. I would have thought the method of getting the paw on there would be more precise. If you look at the last shot of all of the helmets on the shelves it looks like the orientation of the paw is all over the place. Maybe it's just the angle that each helmet is sitting due to the different facemasks but they sure look different. I guess it doesn't matter unless it's really egregious - like standing straight up with no rotation at all. I guess I just assumed they were "factory" machined somehow.

Clemson football helmet and not immediately conclude that it is the single most beautiful thing in all of sports.
Simply seeing Clemson helmets grouped together elicits an emotional reaction.
######... I love Clemson. Spot the BALL!!!

What? We make millions off of our FB program and we can't buy power screwdrivers for these guys?????
Great job on the PAW decals. That's harder than they make it look.
I didn't see how they removed the old PAW decals.
Overall - great video. I'm just being #### as usual.

Can't use power tools

These helmets have to be assembled by hand for safety reasons. The average linebacker hits you like a ton of bricks. Sports Science on National Geographic did an episode that compared getting hit by a linebacker to getting hit by a car at a moderate speed, the impact forces don't differ that much. You can't use power tools because the hi impact polymer and resins can get damaged if you simply drill at it witch a power drill. This can heat up, warp, crack, etc. Power tools are faster, but they can provide a level of comfort with the assemblers that can result in damaging key structural parts of the helmet. You don't want to find out that because someone over torqued a bolt on your facemast it caused a warp and cracks in the critical structure of the helmet just as Shuey lays you out on the ground.

Bingo or even just sell them a certain time of year and only sell or raffle off a very few every year.
