Great recruiter but very average coach he depends on pure talent... For example if he had dukes talent he probably would never make a bowl. They have a legit coach

Honestly I would hesitate to even call him a coach. He is a CEO who has hired 2 guys to carry out his vision of offense and defense. Dabo himself could not teach these characteristics.

As a CEO, I give him a B+. He recruits and represents the company in a professional manner most of the time. He has a very good VP of defense. His vision of offense and VP on that side leave a lot to be desired. Our top end product is flashy but the core of our business model is flawed.

who is doing his very best to learn and depends greatly on his coordinators to do the game plans and real coaching. This is probably about as honest an answer as you will get on T-Net.
