Would we care if he's gone? He wasn't that great in the booth.

Not sure why it happened but feel AD forced Pete out....maybe they wanted a guy within the University and why they hired Munson.....maybe it saves some money though I doubt much because those guys don't get paid a lot for doing these games.

Pete is a really good guy and I wish him the best. Though gotta be honest...I won't miss hearing "there's orange in the end zone".

planted some very deep roots at Clemson. In fact, the Merritt family has always been heavily involved with Clemson. Will's brother-in-law, Matt Reeves, played for Clemson in the mid-1990s and his mother, Lynn, was named the Tiger Brotherhood Mother of the Year in 2000.

I sincerely, truly, deeply, hope not. I think his slack-jawed gutteral belching of the word "Oobe" is the only thing worse than hearing "Orange in the Endzone!"
