I thought the defenses for GT and VT looked pretty good....

VT really lacks playmakers at the skill positions.

WR corp isn't especially good, especially with DJ Coles injured, and they don't seem to have a dynamic RB for the first time in about a decade.
That said, their DL was outstanding last night, and their CBs made a lot of plays against the run without ever giving up the big homerun ball.
I don't know what to make of GT's offense. Nobody really stood out as a difference-maker, but they don't really need that in their offense.

last year Clemson's Defense was awful and IMO VTs offense had more playmakers last year.........and you see what we were able to do......now different year i know, but i saw nothing special in VTs offense.

offensively. I will give the V-Tech credit for stopping the option. Bud Foster has given the rest of the league a bluprint for stopping the option.
