I'm thinking yes. They may actually be better than thought. Their inexplicable loss to the dirtpeckers is what prevents me from betting on this game.

Notre Dame looks solid this season - potential playoff team I would say.
Hopefully they get left out due to not playing in a conference championship game, and get one more nudge to finally join the ACC for real.

I haven't really watched ND play much this year, but it seems like they've been able to run all over people. They've only had one test against Georgia (which I still have doubts about), so it will be interesting to see how they do against NCST. It'll also be interesting when ND travels to Miami

ND has been tested.
lost to Georgia by 1 point
beat USC
beat Michigan St.
beat BC pretty darn impressively
NCSU has played teams that started year ranked,but were overrated.
lost to USCjr
beat FSU ---they look terrible
beat Louisville- also look terrible
beat Syracuse-- but it wasn't easy and they were at home
If I had to bet...i'd bet on ND bc they are at home and have played better teams and won convincingly

NCst showes up big against the big name teams... I would be more concerned for them if they were playing Vandy.

I hope NC State wins and then we can take care of business and knock them off next week. Then both teams will have two losses and clear up the playoff picture around us.

I don't think NC State is good enough to beat good teams on the road. NC State gets beat by the Coots everytime they play them and play their hearts out against FSU and Clemson every year,
other than that they're average at best.
