You're right about coach Butler and her being named the ACC Coach of the Year...she deserves it so much coming in in her first season and directing the program the way she has directed it,a program that had endured 14 straight losing seasons prior to her taking job

i did some research on that last year

And that streak of 14 straight losing seasons was the longest in the power conferences. (Washington State was 2nd worst with 13 of 14 losing seasons)

So Butler took over literally the very worst power program in America.

pretty sad for a program that was once a winner under Annie Tribble and Jim Davis from the 70's all the way to the early early 2000's and used to beat South Carolina pretty regularly

5 of our 8 losses this year came against teams currently in the top15.

And all four of our ACC losses came against teams in the top 15. A sixth loss was to Tennessee who was ranked 11th at the time.

Crazy tough schedule and crazy turn around for the program.
