Got to know your team and how they respond to each and use them at the appropriate times. Most D-1 athletes don't lack personal desire and drive so I would imagine negativity could become destructive if used too extensively.

A couple pics captioned with a simple slogan like "IT IS IN HERE". Maybe a crystal trophy over the team meeting room. A picture of Sammy shaking Roger Goodell's hand over the weight room. Stuff like that would motivate the heck out of me.

but try something a little intelligent on occasion. Saying the same stupid thing over and over again is boring, repetitious, and exceedingly unimaginative.
I am a bit curious, however, to know whether or not you get tired of being proven wrong or if beating the drum of his record vs usuck is somehow emotionally masturbatory for you?
