Why I say Sammy will miss at least the Auburn game ...

First, to cite the obvious, suspending him for the first game, and a big one at that, is the right thing to do. Second, Dabo is well aware of what many on TigerNet have been saying all weekend: Clemson has plenty of talented wide receivers to keep us competitive with Auburn.

an admin position, brought in Robbie Caldwell, fired Steele last year, etc. Dabo doesn't make any moves until fully gauging the mood on Tigernet. Unless of course you're a STS blogger, then it's their "advice" that he follows and not Tigernet's. Obviously Dabo's having a hard time with his internet connection or he'd have gotten their memo and fired Batson by now as well.

I disagree about Dabo reading t-net. I'm convinced that he does NOT. Otherwise we would have beaten the crap out of GT last year. We all told him how to do it, and later Danny Ford told everyone - after the loss. Tackle the dang QB on every play possible. Noooooooooo - Dabo does not read t-net, or else his reading comprehension isn't really all that good, or he thinks we have no idea (lol). Yeah - we have no idea typically, but the GT game was supposed to be easy.

better than Wake and UMD who almost beat us.
Auburn has similar talent to us. Can our inexperienced OL block their DL and LBs? Can our inexperieenced DL get any penetration?
You're not thinking real clearly if you think that even with Sammy we're not in for a huge battle probably.
AU kiled UVA in a their bowl. Would we have done the same? Doubtful.

1, 2 or 3, it doesn't matter if he misses the Albarn game. If Clemson can't beat Ball St and Furman without Sammy, there are bigger problems afoot...
