mostly not interested in having to cook 2-3 this year. Getting the house ready for 25 people is stressful enough. Plus, the oven will be full. I will probably throw a turkey breast on the grill and we will also have a Ham. So I think I can get by with one more turkey, and it'd be great if I didn't have to cook it this year. haha

It's not too hard.

1. Set up outside, preferably on a deck or garage.
2. Fill oil to the brim.
3. Freeze turkey until it is rock solid.
4. Crank temperature until it starts to smoke, then back it off 5 degrees.
5. Pitch turkey into pot, shouting "Kobe!".

oil-less fryer with a cajun rub and just a liquid smoke conconction injected. they were amazing. the holiday as a whole went well. New house was a big hit. it was perfect for the family. great time. I even go company while I was cooking the turkeys this time ...
