here it's cadillac fillet mignon from Fresh Market that Mrs No bought herself, with mashed cauliflower, grilled asparagus, fresh fruit salad, and grilled garlic bread. Cabernet Franc from a local winery.
forgot to mention caramalized onions & sauteed mushrooms

Cab Franc tends to do well for East Coast wineries. When we were up in PA during Easter week it's what we had from a local winery up there. Not bad at all.

were the best I have ever had. Highly recommend that onion jam! (Next time will make it with the bacon option.) Also had smashed potato salad and broccoli salad.

I prepared pimento pasta salad, kabobs and ribeye. Marinated the chicken overnight in a rosemary, oregano, cayenne and olive oil marinade. Cooked the ribeyes to a perfect medium rare. Paired the whole meal with grilled corn on the cob.
