I need to get my ring resized, but have had no success finding a herff jones vendor in greenville, anyone had any luck in this arean

No it's not. Fill out the repair form and mail your ring and the form to the provided address and you'll get it back within 6 weeks. I have done it twice.

There is a Herff Jones office on Wade Hampton. It is in the strip shopping center next Houser shoes in Taylors. The office is not marked well, but it is there. I had work on my ring done. Hope this helps.

Send it in saying what size you need. Tell em to clean it too. Had mine done a few years ago. It's free.

If you bought it went Herff Jones was the ring co. for Clemson they will honor the free repairs. Go to their website, find warranty form and print it an mail that with your ring to have it resized, Its really easy.

only going up one ring size then you are good. Any more than one size and they "recommend" that you buy a new ring because they cannot guarantee the quality of the re-size. Makes sense if you are going several sizes but sounds like a money grab if 1.5 ring sizes for example.

mighgt have to replace it but if they did it would be free. They have great service - too bad Clemson just changed to Jostens. My daughter was really glad she got hers before the change because the C looks weird on the Jostens version.
By the way, they didn't have to replace mine. It came back looking great - and it fit!

Had mine done a few years ago at a local jeweler in Savannah GA, it came out very well, no issues whatsoever.
