So APM has procured the goods. The Rao's sauce, the oxtails, the sausages, the pancetta, the eggplant, the wine, the bread, Mama Mia!!!

Question: If I cook it up in the morning before church can I leave it in the crock until dinner time? I'm talking roughly 10:30 until dinner time?
