Fact is he is, he was getting cut to make room for new signees (SEC oversigning)

The 2nd fact is at the time of his arrest he was still on the team.

Its a good thing he didn't beat her with a shower rod. The coots believe that would have been worst than the RAPE. He will be back on the team by fall ball. It would have been a 3 game suspension for beating her with a shower rod.

it was reported the day after it happened. I imagine dna and finding witnesses to say how drunk she was took time.
