there are a lot of questions in my mind.
i think UGA will answer a lot. obviously.
i dont know what we can hope for to go down to FSU.
i would say keeping it within 2 TDs would be a tremendous improvement.
and we had better beat the Shamecocks otherwise we are treading water at best.
very rare water mind you.
but still basically it comes down to 3 games this year again.
do we go
0-3
1-2
2-1
3-0?
and the others should be like a scrimmage. i know that sounds cocky but that is how good i think our defense will be.....

I think if cole is as calm as everyone thinks he is and oline gives him a little time for reads, also i know we have a few vet receivers but non are that proven in big games. Really hope williams and these new recruits can be the next #2 or #6 those guys set the bar high. Either way uga will tell us alot
Agree must beat the gamecocks so tired of hearing it at work and from friends.
Wana win the fsu game but if they pick up where they left off we better come with our A game or its gona be a long game
I say we beat uga and usuck and lose to fsu and maybe slip up vs a team we overlook (hope im wrong)

fsu @ tally (they are a tough out right now,dang it) and 1 other (not sure who). i won't predict a loss to uga, as i think we are better coached on both sides of the ball.

uga is gonna come down to the trenches. They have a better oline.
Coots have a mental edge over us. I think Stoudt will change that.

They were. They started 3 senior O-linemen.

Unfortunately, their other 2 were juniors and their backups consisted of 4 juniors and a sophomore.

i'm wrong, but I see us losing close games to UGA & FSU
then winning out, which still might not get us to the
championship game or a chance at the playoff.

If things don't change much between now and August 30th, I think you will lose to UGA and FSU, both of which are good picks for the top 10, maybe top 5.
You should be favored in the other 10 games, if you can recover from the 1st and 3rd.
If you beat UGA, I think you could go 11-1 and be top 5.

If our defense picks up where they left off and gain a little additional spark, then we have a great chance to surprise or steal a few big, close, or tight knit, hard fought games. That includes the big time road games as well. These guys has the chance and depth to be the big time game changing defense this season.

Inexperience at QB will hurt us early at UGA and at FSU. We will drop another 1 possibly 2. Watson will be QB before season ends and we will beat the coots

Both J. Manzel and J. Winston were 2nd year system inexperience Qbs when they won big games for their teams as well as winning the hesiman the 1st time out. Lets not discriminate. C. Stoudt is a 3rd year system inexperience Qb. Does he not quailify or have the same chance to become a surprise hesiman candidacy the first time out as well. Who knew or could guarantee that Manzel and Winston would win the hesiman the 1st time out. Surely not in Vegas.

Lose 3 games, @ UGA lose by 2TD's, @ FSU lose by 2 TD's, SC @ DV, lose by 2TD's. Win all other regular season games, can't say about bowl yet.

Not if the defense has anything to do with it. I'll give them 2TD's per game themselves. They are well capable this season.

We beat the coots handily

We will be at home with a solid D and at that point an experienced QB...Stoudt doesn't have a streak in his head other than the 1-0 he will be when he beats them. I think we also lose to FSU...too much talent to keep up in their house and we beat Ga in a tough, close first game.
