How about Khavon Moore being the guy

to drive the length of the court and find Trapp for the game winning shot. Probably not the play coach Brownell had in mind, but it was fun to watch nonetheless.

Brad said in post game that they wanted Khavon to push it and hopefully find someone. That is actually part of his game. He has a very good handle and can pass it for someone 6-8.

Thank you for the correction. I didn't think watching Brad on the sideline that it was the play he wanted but I read it wrong. I guess when he substituted Moore for Dawes he must have had that in mind, although I thought that was purely a defensive substitution. But having the taller guy with more court visibility push the ball and find the right scorer in that situation makes a lot of sense as long as the taller guy has a good handle on the ball. I know he has done it in other situations with Simms. Well played, well coached. Nice job.

Looks like they have been putting Moore on the player throwing the ball in. Especially late in close games.

Brad B said that Moore looked over at him and he said 'bring it'

definitely a good idea to go ahead and try to make a play before they can set up their zone

Moore has decent/good ball skills. would like to see him put on some muscle mass so he can be a little stronger around the rim
