Lots of interest, no credit

I have two vehicles for sale and both are getting really good action and at asking price.
2 people couldn’t get a loan for the purchase
1 guy couldn’t afford the insurance
1 lady getting a divorce and waiting on a check
This is why I rarely sell anything private party. I would almost rather take the hit and hand off at a dealer.

Any time I sold an older collector style car that was out of the usual parameters of a car loan, those guys came through for people.

Medallion has been good as well, but will reference Lightstream too.
I assumed in this market that the buyer would pay cash. But his vehicle does appeal to people who would overextend themselves for a toy. Makes my gut hurt to think of what the next owner will do to her.

My wakeboat dealer (Malibu and Nautique) usually has 15-20 $120k+ boats in his showroom. It's empty and he's doing all he can to get more inventory. The RV dealers here are selling every $80k 5th wheel they can get.
Errybody's buying stuff with cheap credit right now...it's insane, and there's going to be a crap-ton of defaults in the next 6-12 months IMO.

crap, it's selling. Everything from bike shop racks being empty of inventory to the lake we go to in Kentucky selling more lakehouse inventory in a month than they usually do in a year.
It's a really strange economy right now and I don't know what to believe about it.

I am selling everything that I outright own. When people start dumping boats. I will be ready. I am keeping my MC for now and prob will forever. That was my dads.

Storage, hence why I am dumping it all. I am paying nearly 6k a year in storage. ####, I can pay that on a Baller boat and Wrap, store it in a pole barn and break even.
