Stouffer's lasagna in the oven. Kicked up with extra cheese, pepper flakes, oregano and basil.
It will work and I don't feel like cooking.

Buy Michael Angelo’s. I prefer their sausage lasagna but their meat is good too. You’ll never buy Stouffer’s again.

Well nothing beats homemade.

But sometimes a man just needs a lasagna and doesn’t feel like cooking sauce for a couple hours and then layering for an hour more only to bake that thing for an hour on your way to lasagna perfection. Plus considering the ingredients, cost has to be considered. And if you’re making lasagna, you better be ready to feed 10 large men or at least eat like 10 large men, because there is no such thing as a homemade lasagna for 1.

fast. Started doing some of these to spur on the weight loss. If you are interested, download the Zero app. Interesting reading and a good fasting app timer.

That's about it.
I have been doing 16 hour fasts every day for about a week so doing a 36 hour one is actually not that hard. I also have been on a restricted diet for 24 weeks, so I have been conditioned to eat less already.

This alcoholic once fasted for 3 days. Nothing but water and 1 cup of hot tea with a lemon wedge every day. I felt great back then. Also I rarely drank back then. About 5 years later, I tried it again and after about 24 hours I got really sick and had a splitting headache. I had been abusing my body for a couple years at that point. I don’t know what it would take to get back there again, but sometimes I miss that guy that was able to do those things.
I’m proud of you pappaG. You’ve made lots of changes and seem to be moving in a healthier direction. (Although we could probably use your “shots” during basketball games though.) Keep up the good work homie.

I've probably had about 20 days sober in total since I became single.
I've found that if I don't drink for 2-3 nights a week and am at least somewhat reasonable, I'm not packing on pounds.
Down from 247 to 225 since Christmas. Goal is 200. All it takes is a little bit of want-to.
