peel it
cut a cone in the top of it
fill cone cavity with butter, salt, pepper, a little worcestershire
wrap it in foil and roast in a 350 degree oven for 45 mins to an hour
enjoy

Only difference is I top mine with Italian bread crumbs and use the microwave. (10 minutes)
