with the header, "Clemson Claims Men's Basketball Rivalry Game For Third Straight Year" was authored by David Cloninger---the paper's chicken beat writer. It's his job, I suppose, to give a pro-usuck, pro-SEC slant on every piece--which he dutifully does---but rather than beubg overly defamatory, lets simply say Mr. Cloninger will never suffer from the ethics issues Ron Morris displayed when he criticized Spurrier and was absurdly fired for telling the truth.

What I wanted to point out to Tigernet was that Cloninger commented in his article this afternoon
that the game was...."TIGHTLY OFFICIATED"......and I personally think he was at least half right

I am unable to provide a link to the article because I've used up my allotment of free articles

I didn't watch it but listening to Clemson radio, it was not "tightly officiated" by any means. Typical coot reporting. F'em I say.

readily admitting that the officiating was poor and in their favor. They had several posts regarding that they were getting the calls and still getting beat, etc..

Cloninger is the head coot beat writer for that 100% coot paper. I have emailed them numerous times how laughable and one sided his articles are but that is what they pay him to do.
