They have computer programs that only send us the news we like or we agree with. In the end that divides us. Facebook just uses it because it helps create more advertising dollars, but in the end divides the nation. Also, there are so many websites that are there just for the money obviously with nutty conspiracy theories that people really believe. The people running the sites don't even believe what they put out. They have consumers that love it so they want to make money and the just give the person what they want to read or hear. It's kind of like a drug dealer giving people their fix. It's bad for them, but t makes them feel good.

We all have such a choice to watch it or not. I personally did not. But I don't put fault at "social media" or its users about it, unless they are disrespectful.
