I'm not too up on the rules so someone answer this question. Say GA Tech beats FSU (which in my opinion is highly possible) does GA Tech go to the Orange bowl and the FSU guys get bumped from the playoffs to a lesser bowl? If so what would be the chances of a rematch between Clemson and FSU? Is it possible or not? Just thinking out loud.

No, two teams from the same conference can't play in the same bowl game. Only playoff games.
