Said to have received money ($350) from 'agent'. I remember seeing his name mentioned back when the story first broke last year, but now we're starting to see chips fall. Will be interesting

accepted an "illegal" gift---regardless of the pittance. I can tell you from day 1, its drilled in those kids heads NOT to do exactly what Jaron did.....and there's never been even a whisper of stuff like this in a Brownell run program..... at Clemson or elsewhere.

Really dont know what to say about seeing Merl Code's name mentioned so promenently. I remember him as a good kid from a strong family background (his family must have been floored by the news). But I suspect, the true level of complicity rises to the corporate top of Adidas, Nike, etc.

Duke's name keeps coming up, as does the name of a unc commitment. Those folks have LONG been waist-deep in a river of sewage. It'll be interesting once deals start being made with defendants to stay out of jail whose names make the headlines.....This is the Justice Dept and, unlike the NCAA, they have access to subpoenas and prison sentences

I get that a rule is a rule but this seems kinda petty in the grand scheme of things. I think I read somewhere a while back that the $350 was only for travel and dinner expenses and not any kind of shenanigans.
