For those of you who care about recruiting ratings

Jan 26, 2016, 8:24 PM

can you tell me why Feaster is not ranked in the Rivals top 100? I am 71 years old so please do not use multi syllabic words. Class of '66. Go Tigers!

Didn't really have a good showing at the Army All-American game, had a cut in his mouth that forced him to miss most of the game. Where other kids were having good showings in post season games and moving up, he kinda went unnoticed.

it's ok though, rivals cant get it right every time lol

Thanks for using simple words. Just think, he will have no where near the influence on our final ranking that he should have.

very critical in building a good team.
I also worry about the players ability to develop and remain with the program. Too many still don't pan out year after year - behavior issues, criminal delinquency, immaturity, poor grades (though not many in this area), some can't adjust to the college game mentally, some can't put on the needed weight (or aren't committed to the weight room program as they should be) or just get injured and can't continue with football.
Lateek Townsend, Michael Bellamy, Patrick DeStefano, etc... & many others - sometimes through no fault of their own.
Getting a good ranking of highly talented players is important, but it is just one of the issues that is very important to getting the players to perform well as a team.
