No this is the nature of the business

Willie was going to be better than Woody

Stoudt was going to be better than Parker.

The next guy up always get touted to be better than the guy before him.

Nope, that is called instilling confidence in someone. They do that with many players and in other sports as well.

KB was the best QB on campus last year. I imagine it is a tough pill to swallow when that goes away.

I don’t think they did that AT ALL

If anything they sent the message to him that they didn’t trust him to run the full offense.

The opportunity that Kelly B had at Clemson was WAAAAAAYY more than fair. He’s revealing his character now when faced with adversity. And it has NOTHING to do with his desire to transfer. He could announce that desire while graciously thanking Clemson and his coaches for the opportunity he had here. He could state his belief that he can play QB and that’s why he is looking elsewhere for that better situation. But instead, Bryant is proving that he KNOWS he has no shot of beating out or otherwise out-performing TL, and he’s pouting publicly like an entitled little kid. Bye bye Felicia. I’m done with your shyatt.
