Yes absolutely. They had better be very aggressive in protecting the paw, even with high schools. If they don't go after high schools for unlicensed use of the paw, they risk allowing ANYONE to use the paw. That includes other schools like Auburn, LSU, Missouri and so on, not to mention manufacturers of apparel and gear.

I believe the paw is generally licensed to high schools, but they pay a handsome royalty if they want to use the real thing.
