They eject him for Targeting, but the vicious shoulder to the crown of TL’s helmet as he was falling down after stepping out of bounds WASN’T TARGETING?!

This rule is BS!!!

such a garbage rule. Didn't touch the guys head, it just snapped from the force, yet TL gets a direct head contact and no call. Either get the rule right or get rid of it!

Roughness/late hit - refs screwed up by calling the wrong penalty -it was not targeting because it was not to the head or neck just because a players neck or head whip backwards doesn’t mean they were hit there ; the review guys should have said that it was a bad hit but not targeting - and since I don’t believe you can alter the original call/penalty then there would have been no mark off
