If OSU also wins its conference, with Okie having won theirs, and then both get bumped by a losing Alabama, the NCAA conference system would come to an end, because those conferences just aren't going to tolerate that.

Even if bama were to lose by 50 which they wont, bama would still get in.
Last year they put in a 11-1 Bama team that did not play in SEC championship over a 11-2 B10 Champ and a 12-1 B10 runner up whose only lost was in the championship game.
The committe this year would show much they love Bama by putting in a 12-1 SEC runnerup over a 12-1 B12 Champ or a 12-1 B10 Champ.

If the SEC gets two
1.Clemson
2.Georgia
3.Bama
4.ND
They will seed it so it's no SEC rematch for Championship game and ND can't complain because they are lucky to be in at all.
