The ACC has become a Football Conference with some good basketball teams. But very importantly, how does the ACC fix the sub-tier bowl situation?

I know a little fixer . Eliminate about half of these ridiculous participation trophy bowls . There needs to be a cut-off point in the way of saying " Hey , great job this year ...here's your reward - a trip to Possum Holler to play another 6 and 6 team that like 177 people will pay to sit in on " .
I say if you can't win 8 games in a 12 game season you get to watch from home .

Maybe more because of AD's like Terry Don Phillips and Dan Radakovich. The only reason NC has not received heavy penalties is Swofford.
