This is not going well for me

Apr 1, 2020, 2:37 PM

before this lockdown I had lost almost 20 lbs.

I'm not back up 5 lbs with no end in sight.

How do you skinny ##### keep from eating everything in your house while you're home?

I've already jacked off 4 times to keep from eating.

it's not how many TIMES you jo, it's HOW LONG you jo

8 hours of sleep, an hour or so of shower, getting dressed/undressed, brushing teeth, etc., and eating

so if you jo for 15 hours then you are doing it right

Down 36 lbs since the natty.

Apr 1, 2020, 4:50 PM

Lowest weight (209) was this am. Started at 245 after we lost the natty. #### I hate even saying that phrase. Should be under 200 by the end of the end of the month. Shooting for 195, but I doubt I get there by May 1.

I'll be done and happy in the 180's.
