I've been challenged to make some jerky. Y'all recon this request is reason enough to go out and buy a meat slicer?

I am not sure why the guy refused to just put in new seats, but he sanded them down free of charge.

I have tested and reviewed 4 of the top dehydrators on the market to find out which one is THE BEST DEHYDRATOR FOR MAKING BEEF JERKY. I have had several of those did a lot of jerky but the fade passed. The stick jerky is the best IMO.

and it works great.
But I sometimes find excuses to buy things.
I tried slicing it by hand, but I am not good at getting like thickness in the quantity needed for jerky.
BTW, eye of round makes great jerky.

Man wants to buy a meat slicer. Don't give him excuses not to buy one. We have to have our toys just man toys are more expensive. He can buy one and tell how it works on smoked turkey, ham and so on. I might buy one.
