And because I'm rassist, I'll probably get a white one:

I had a 2015, and got rid of it for a 1500

Jan 23, 2019, 3:02 PM

I like the 1500, but I'm kind of liking the new bodystyle, tailgate and the interior better.

Don’t be blasting that Van Halen, or someone

Jan 23, 2019, 2:53 PM

will assume you’re necky.

Btw, thought you were going common sense and a Camry this time.

Told IE I had a Camry and he axed me how I haul stuff. Haul stuff? What year is it?

Camry FTW. Did you know "Camry" is an Anglicized version of

Jan 23, 2019, 2:58 PM

the Japanese word "kanmuri", which means crown. Crown, Corona, Camry, and Corolla are all takes on the word crown and are various Toyota sedan models.

The things one learns on Wikipedia.

I don't think a Camry will tow my boat***

You're gonna need a smaller boat

Been driving my Dad's F150 since January 2 and I gotta say

Jan 24, 2019, 8:14 AM [ in reply to Don’t be blasting that Van Halen, or someone ]

I don't have to haul anything except the trash to the dump, but I do like driving that truck. It is a beast to park though.

Someone was borrowing my 4Runner while their car was

Jan 24, 2019, 9:42 AM

and I started using Dad's truck to go to Charlotte. Got 4Runner back, but I have not switched back to it yet. I have someone who wants to buy it, but I give them a 10% chance of coming up with $2k for the car.

2024 purple level memberringofhonor-greenr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

You'e selling it for $2k?

Jan 24, 2019, 9:44 AM

Seems some high schooler would ###### that up. That model 4runner has turned into the official high school/college kid SUV.

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I have not advertised it for sale, but the person borrowing

Jan 24, 2019, 9:57 AM

it asked how much. I told her $2k and she WANTS it, but she cannot come up with the cash. However, someone she works with said he wanted it and needed a couple weeks to get the money. THat has been a couple weeks. I should probably follow-up.

It needs work. In decent condition, I could probably get $5k for it even with high miles.

I think I'd ask more***

I thought it looked closer to a Nissan

Jan 24, 2019, 9:29 AM [ in reply to 3/4 Ton Ridgeline?*** ]

But one Duramax probably has 3 times the torque of a Ridgeline

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I hope they put start stop technology on it***

Jan 24, 2019, 9:36 AM

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Don't think that'd work well in a diesel

Jan 24, 2019, 9:42 AM

I'd go electric before I bought a truck that had that golf cart tech in it.
