YouTube TV & ESPN3

Posted: Aug 23, 2019 10:16 PM

I signed up for a trial of YouTube TV. I favored it over Sling TV this year because of the ACC Network. Last year Sling TV provided access to ESPN3 (or WatchESPN or whatever they are calling it these days).

I do not see that ESPN3 is available on YouTube TV. From what I can gather, most games can be watched on the ESPN app, which will cost $4.99 a month. Apparently this is the new reality.

For those of you who have had YouTube TV for awhile: is this correct, or am I missing something?

You get access to ESPN3 content with YouTube TV. ESPN+ content will cost you $4.99 a month.

YTTV doesn’t show up in the “major providers,” you have to click additional (or whatever they have) and scroll to the bottom.

From there you just log in and stream from the ESPN app like normal.
