What is the carbon footprint of a college football game?

Travel for the team on busses and planes, transportation for the fans, transportation of support personnel along with the press. All just for entertainment.

I don’t see how that can be supported by those that really value our planet. Fossil fuels should only be used for necessity at most, until batteries and windmills can replace them. I really hope Biden, AOC, Bernie, and Gretchen attack those issues ASAP.
