Taken from ESPN's recap of our game with Wake Forest:

Watson was in late with the game out of reach, throwing long passes, maybe to pass the College Football Playoff committee's eye test. Clawson wasn't happy with that. "They tried to do it and we stopped them, so that was a win at the end," Clawson said. "Because everyone knows what was going on."

Was Clawson watching the same game I was? We could have EASILY tacked on another touchdown (or at worst FG) at the end of the game (shoot, the entire 2nd half) if we wanted. Instead, our coach proves once again to be a class act by not running up the score instead opting to get younger players and seniors who were playing their last game in the valley more touches.

Clawson should be thankful that we laid off the entire second half could have very easily been a 58-7 game

Showed the Deacs in the last seconds of the game how he was wanting to run up the score. Putting Goodnature in for the last carry says it all. Poor loser. He better become accustomed to it
