considering what to do with the rock is to form a representative body of students who have been vetted on their sports knowledge. The nomination of individuals and the vetting process is the responsibility of the student government but the representative body should NOT be the student government itself. This body MUST be seniors but not grad students. Then, that body meets to discuss options including setting up some kind of student idea search. They submit their best ten ideas to Swinney and Rad for their feedback. They are allowed to submit ideas as often as they want but all ideas MUST be reviewed by coach and Rad. Now, Swinney and Rad do not decide but the representative body is charged with careful consideration of their feedback.

The students may use democratic processes if they wish to decide between ideas but the elections MUST include only current students. Once the representative body has decided, it is done and we all rally around it.

know very little about Harry Reid. He is all about power being retained by the "leaders". He most likely would want the administration to have all of the responsibility.
