without knowing details. If you're driving around later at night, whether or not you get a DUI really has nothing to do with whether you're sober or not. Boils down to what kind of cop you get, if he's striving for some illustrious DUI award, you're fugged.

I would say that whether or not you're sober has a teensy bit to do with whether or not you get a DUI.

Just wanted to make that joke. But seriously, you're more likely to get off after blowing a .10 than you are to get convicted if you blow a .00.

Train yourself for this, maintaining a buzz while working around dangerous machinery is something my family thrives on. I figure if I can stand in a front end loader extended all the way up, cutting limbs with a pole saw 8-10 beers deep, while drinking another one, a field sobriety test ain't sheet.
Of course, the only thing I'm going to drive in that condition is a tractor, boat, or golf cart, SO NO WORRIES MADD AND PRODIGAL.
