Booked a trip to Spain July 6th to August 10th.

Only a 456 dollar flight. Going into the heart of Coronavirus. It will be interesting to see how the people treat tourists. Will they happy for my tourist dollars or will they not want me there?

Everyone was super friendly to us when we were there and we were able to have some halfway decent conversations between english and spanish. We only really ran into one extremely rude store owner in Barcelona. They refused to serve us coffee until my wife spoke to them in Spanish. After that, they were very polite. When we checked into our hotel in Barcelona, my wife put together a whole spiel in Spanish and the attendant allowed her to finish, then laughed and greeted us in perfect English.
Obviously COVID could change everything.

Flying to Madrid...taking a train to San Sebastian. Then walking to Santiago de Compestella(sp). Super cheap trip. Hopefully my body holds up.

to Gibraltar to Morocco. Wasn't cheep. Nude beaches a plus, or minus. If you don't mind a guy laying nude in the park reading the paper, then you should fit right in.
Short ferry over to Tangiers is worth it, for nothing more than the culture shock.
Sounds like you're going the opposite way.

Yeah. I feel like I am better shape too than last time and I think it will be even better because I understand it more. It will be less stressful. Here is a basic itinerary. I am skipping the first stage and just starting in San Sebastian. I also need to shave one other leg off by either skipping it or doing two in one day. Whatever happens happens though.

I have a friend that is there on lockdown. Today is day 53.
He's had 3 flights canceled. It looks like mid June before he can leave.
