Every season is a clean slate, but the talking heads seem to forget that and like to give extra points for history, tradition and sum of accomplishments, yada yada *snort*
So they lost to the coots in 2001, 2002 and we need to examine what was going on at the programs during those years. Lou Holtz was in his prime at USCar and OSU saw the end of Cooper and the beginning of Tressel and the 2 losses were both in the Outback Bowl, back to back.
Stars aligning, the coots playing their best ball in decades and the bucknuts vulnerable.
None of those conditions apply to any of our games against them, IMHO, Woody threw the punch and retired, Dabo is Urban's daddy and it wasn't Ryan's Day . . . . .

Speaking of Programs, I wouldn't put weight on anything over 10 years ago.
So that would include us (0-3, 2013, 2016, 2019) and Florida (0-1, 2012).
But that's still pretty striking.
We punished Syracuse, Pitt, and Bama for beating us the previous outing.
tOSU's impotence of revenge against us must really eat at them.
I hope so.
Notre Dame and Oklahoma probably feel sorta the same.

Southern football isnt that slow footed bIG 14 junk. 3 yards and a splash of molasses every time I watch it. Not saying Ohio State is, but there IS a reason they dominate that league, the next school that actually has some excitement is Indiana, just dont have the dudes.
