Top 5 Things we need to have a 11+ win season in 2013

1. Sammy needs to re-assert himself as the #1 receiver and put up similar production to his freshmen year
2. Peake, Bryant, or Hopper needs to firmly assert themself as the #2 WR
3. Our junior 4/5 star LB's need to step up and start to play to their potential. Anthony, Steward, Townsend. I assume Shuey will retain the MLB spot.
4. Someone needs to step up to replace Goodman at DE. Beasley either needs to put on 25 pounds at least, or we need someone else to step in. Not sure who that would be at this point.
5. Rod McDowell needs to continue the type of play he showed late in the season. If he does, I don't think we will have that much of a dropoff from AE. Also need one of Dye/Gallman/Brooks to assert themselves a good back-up for Hot Rod.

best LB we have right now. At least that's what people seem to think.
Also, we'll need to see vast improvement in almost every facet of defense on a consistent basis. Especially in the defensive backfield.

Secondary is definitely our biggest concern. Hopefully Mike Reed can get these boys coached up.

(Shaq) coming in from military school is - "top Prep Defensive player of year"! D. E. and we need 2 to really step up and play like Goodman did in his last game (better late than never, however, can you imagine what our record would have been if he played every game like that? Wish him well in NFL though!)
