So let me get this straight...

Alabama has signed classes of 25 (2016), 24 (2015), 26 (2014), and 26 (2013). That's 101 scholarship players currently on their roster, assuming no walk ons were awarded a scholarship during that time. How in the world is this allowed? The NCAA is pretty clear that a team can only have 85 scholarship players, yet Alabama is sitting there with 101?!?
My only question... will we be awarded the 2015 National Championship once the NCAA finds out about this? Surely wins will be vacated.

I know what you are getting at, but it really isn't surprising. Personally, I'd just hesitate to be overly critical because I can see Clemson getting closer and closer to this situation as we continue to recruit this level of talent and redshirt less players. It can be scene as a red flag, but also a sign of prosperity. How man guys are leaving Clemson this year with eligibility?

That makes the number even bigger. I think you have to consider five years and then factor in leaving early, transfers, etc.
