Yoda says: Anger this morning on FGF strong it is

Sep 23, 2019, 9:07 AM

Normally, over the years, I see a few disgruntled posters on FGF every day. However, there are always the few on fgf who feel that a 10 win season is possible. Today, there is nothing but hate and anger toward all of their coordinators, HC and AD. Many are planning to boycott the games. My question, should we pull for them against KY? I am afraid that if they lose to the Wildcats, they may actually do something smart and get rid of the boomster.

Two things...

Sep 23, 2019, 9:11 AM

First...they can't afford the $20 million buyout.

Second...who could they get to replace CussChamp? No coach worth his salt is coming to that coaching graveyard. They would have to settle for someone like Hugh Freeze, Art Briles or Bobby Petrino.

could be that the only way they get a good coach to come there is if they make him Coach AND AD. Then, he wouldn't be very quick to fire himself.

UofSC should sue Muschamp for fraud for signing his contract under the pretense that he was going to actually coach and win football games. Everything after and before the fluke 9 win season indicates he was taking a flop.

And this year, our coaches should please not intentionally give them hope(I hesitate to use that word because of how it irritates the coots today - no, I enjoy irritating them in any way) for success by dangling a carrot and letting them put up the big yardage numbers, albeit without any hope of scoring.

I think KY is struggling a bit with their QB out.

Sep 23, 2019, 9:13 AM

The chickens could very well win that game. I think Hellinski’s struggles on Saturday were more injury related than anything. He probably should not have been played. That being said my answer to your question is NO. I hope they lose every game they play.

They have sort of ruined mocking their ineptitude, by being more inept than most people can imagine.
All they leave left to to look forward to is.....
1. The meltdown after losing to Happy Appy
2. Carolina Crackpot’s pending epic failure of an upset prediction, prior to the inevitable beatdown that Clemson will bring.

Right now...

Sep 23, 2019, 10:03 AM

they're just praying for a few more moral victories by simply being able to cover the spread against Georgia, Florida, A&M and Clemson.

It doesn't matter who their HC is.

That program is unfixable. Their fanbase in rancid and their leadership is bush-league.

Fire "boom", or don't.

It won't make a bit of difference in the long run.

moot point because he's the biggest problem. Heard a coot fan on the radio this morning say not only does Muschump have a ridiculous buyout, but the ath dept as a whole is like $175 mil in debt. And Tanner can't hire a good coach to save his life. They really messed up allowing him to ride his own baseball coattails into a retirement plan as AD.

I think the new prez down there is orchestrating a complete house cleaning as we speak, but it's going to take time. If he isn't, the futility will continue.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

The futility will continue anyway...

because that's just what they do.
