I'm using the HSA as just another retirement savings vehicle, haven't ever spent any of it. Don't plan to spend any until in retirement. So why not put it in mutual funds instead of a saving acct?

I max out my HSA every year and invest the allowable amount in various funds. Think of it as a 401k for just health care. Anytime you can put money away and defer taxation do it to the max if possible.
