TE next year.

1. Do you think Braden Galloway will be cleared to play?

2. If Garrett Williams returns, do you think we get him more involved in the passing game?

3. What's the word on JC Chalk? How is his game?


Like all of us I would love to see the TE get more involved. I am not sure what we are working though. Either way, we dominate anyway, but just wondering about that position.

1. I hope so.
2. Some but not much change. He'd be our best blocking TE. I think we'd pass to Chalk and the new frosh TE, when he's up to speed on the plays.
3.Not much mention on Chalk. The impression that I get is that he's steady but not elite. Still good for depth at that position, regardless.

Don’t forget about Jaelyn Lay. If he gets a grasp on the playbook quickly and builds trust with the coaches, he is a physical freak and more than ready to see the field some if we end up in need of a TE next season

If Lay is as good as Venables says he is, he may start pretty early on.

Logan Rudolph was a VERY good TE in HS
