I'm fishing tomorrow a.m. We have a 3 1/2 acre pond filled

with bass and bream. I've caught a couple of Warmouth last year. Biggest fish I've ever taken from it is an 8 lb bass and a 1.75 lb bream. My favorite place to be in the fall. Have fun CT1988 and catch a few.

I have a new guy coming by this morning to do some work for me, so I had to set my alarm clock. First time in a while. That's OK I will get a nap after he leaves.

Except I set an alarm for 5:30 so I can get up and work before...driving to work. But I will be able to take a nap when I get home tonight, if by nap I mean go to bed around midnight or so.
Our days are practically identical!

I consult attorneys. I know exactly what you mean. Can't keep their attention span for 2 seconds if sirens go off.

Sounds like you did pretty darn well for yourself.
Sit back and enjoy it.
Hopefully I will be joining you in a few more years after I get my youngest through Clemson.

I was 35 and had already had a heart attack and five children when I moved from G'ville Tech to Clemson. I entered as a true sophomore and refuse to red shirt or sit out a year.
I was 38 when I walked across the stage and had six children by then.
Don't worry, that business we bought last week needs a full time sales person and book keeper. Phil, the Jr @ Clemson now is the 'real,' owner but he's a prelaw major so he knows nothing of economics and accounting. My lazy ### goes to work learning the cell phone business in another week.
Thanks, Phil, you saved a lot of fish and bait from certain destruction!

I'm only a few months behind you, but I won't be sitting on a bank or in a boat fishing. I'll be carving some canyons with my motorcycle, or knocking the dang fuzz off of a tennis ball, or riding my bicycle, or ...
Besides, if I actually caught a fish, I'd probably be expected to clean the dang thing and fry it up in a pan or something like that. I'd rather just sit down at a restaurant and say "Bring me the seafood platter please". Now that is something I can appreciate.
BTW: I am actually OLD. Not sure about ct88.

Fishing all morning and not catchin anythin but bait is what sucks. If I'd have worked at least I could have had money for hookers and blow tonight.
