Early observations: Reed appears to be the key...

We seem to struggle a bit when he's on the bench. But when he's in, we are very tough. Probably will just take some of the new guys getting integrated to build some depth and get better when he's out.

Also, as good as they are, I still think the back court combo of Reed and Mitchell is very underrated. One of the best guard tandems in the country. Despite transferring in, they are all time great Tiger basketball players and I hope they are appreciated as much both this year and after they leave.

If Reed was 4 inches taller he'd be an NBA player. His mid range is DeMar DeRozan-esque.

Also this was our best game especially on defense this season. Held their two big guys Clayton and Hammonds to 10 pats when they combined by over 50 pts yesterday.
